Strength in Collaboration
There is yet another form of collaboration among the members of our Sikh community itself. Looking forward, this is also perhaps the most important form of collaboration. Through the years, we have seen an increasing number of community members who do not wish to associate themselves with or be part of a particular organisation as they wish to contribute wherever and whenever needed. As this may become more of a norm in the future, Sikh institutions will have to rely more on the general community for resources and support rather than depend on a particular group of supporters. It will, therefore, become more important to establish a framework of active engagement with our Sikh community as a whole.
